Frank A. Jackson is an attorney practicing law in and around Wheeling, West Virginia. Frank (who is usually known as Andy) is a 1968 graduate of Washington and Lee University and a 1975 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His affiliations include the Ohio County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association. He remains current with all continuing legal education requirements.
